MyVideos.uk — Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Applies to the MyVideos iOS/iPad/Mac apps and myvideos.uk

The service

MyVideos.uk lets you save links to YouTube videos into a personal library that syncs across your devices, and play them through YouTube's own player. It is provided by AYDA Digital (UK), free of charge, as-is. By signing in or using the apps you agree to these terms.

YouTube and third-party content

We do not host, own or control any video. Videos are YouTube's and their creators'; they may be removed, changed, region-blocked or made private at any time by YouTube or the uploader, and links in your library may stop working — that is outside our control. Your use of YouTube playback is also subject to YouTube's terms. Do not use MyVideos to save or share content you are not allowed to view or share, or to try to download, copy or circumvent YouTube's controls.

Your account and responsibilities

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account and your device secure and for everything done through your account. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful, or try to access other users' libraries or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability and data loss

This is a free service. It may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time. We do not promise that your library will always be available or preserved, and we are not liable for lost, deleted or corrupted data. If your library matters to you, keep your own record of it (for example by exporting or copying links).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from its accuracy or availability, from third-party content, from data loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to £50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Who may use it

MyVideos.uk is for people aged 13 or over.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use MyVideos as a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections your local law gives you. Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA also applies to App Store downloads.
